Discover Wintergarden Forum

The Wintergarden Forum is a redeveloped historic site owned by Bundaberg Regional Council and brought to life by Bridges Health & Community Care. Once the iconic Wintergarden Theatre, with its rich performing arts and film legacy, the Forum is emerging as a thriving hub where heritage and contemporary creativity meet.

Through BridgeWorx, we are activating the Forum with programs that connect people through the arts, spark new ideas, and celebrate community stories. The Wintergarden Theatre hosts performances, workshops, and events that showcase local and touring artists. Bridges has invested in equipment including staging, lighting and sound to be able to both present and host shows for audiences of up to 140.

The light-filled downstairs open space creates a welcoming space for gathering and connection. This is adjacent to the Wintergarden Gallery which opens directly onto Maryborough Street, inviting the public to engage with exhibitions and creative projects.

Venue Hire is administered by Bridges Health & Community Care. Hires are currently on hold as we build the capacity of our programs.
